This blog has been started to create a database of sorts for people who have done fasts/detox diets and those looking for more information on doing their own fasting/detoxing. There are a lot of sites online of people touting the benefits of certain fasts and detox brands, but you never know if they are just marketing a product or if they are real people that have used and found benefits from these products. This site is NOT associated with any brand, nor am I trying to sell anything. I just want your views and opinions on fasting and detoxing. What benefits of fasting and detoxing have you received?
